Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 WiFi Gets Android 4.0 ICS Update

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 was launched together with the Galaxy S II at last year’s MWC in Barcelona (mid-February) but it only just now gets an official update to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, alongside upcoming refreshes for the Galaxy Tab 7.7 WiFi, Galaxy Tab 7.7, Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus and Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus WiFi, according to reports. Samsung's doing well in the Tablet Market as well.

If you have a Galaxy Tab 10.1 WiFi and you live in the UK, you will probably be able to upgrade via KIES or over-the-air. The official ROM pushed out in the UK wears a build date of July 17 and the version numbers are: PDA - P7510XXLPH, CSC – P7510XEULPH, Modem – 818980. If you live in the UK (or anywhere else for that matter) and you’ve got the official refresh, drop us a comment below!
